Help me with my Dream Car.

Hello. Im from Latvia, and I need you help! I'm ordinary guy. I have my beautiful wife and soon we will have a baby, I work full time job, but salary is enought only for paying bills and food its $600 a month, so yeah. I dont have a car, as soon we will have a baby, we will need a car, I have a dream car Its Range Rover, but with our economical conditions it staying a drem. And i am asking your help for this 1995 Year Range Rover Im not asking for better release year because i simply will not be able to Maintain it. I cant explain in words how much i love Range Rover cars, and I want to make myself happy and to have a car for my family finally. Its just hard in Latvia for average people.
