Help me With my bills

I lost my job about 6 months ago I am recieveing a small amount in umemployement benifits but thatjust barely covers the rent and food.  We fell victims to a scamming lawyer by the name of Manuel Solis (please beware) and are no out of 4000 dollars that we gave him for a service that was never given I am trying to get my money back but yet no luck.  but the bills keep coming and  I can barely keep it all together.  Yes it my seem like a lot of debt but both me and my husband were working and the bills were getting paid but thanks to this huge lawyer mistake we have stayed without jobs I am applying left and right both full and part time and yet no luck.   I have sold some of our belongs on ebay, craigslsit and in gargae sale but the comes out to very little.  Pleasse any help you can give us would be so appreciated.
