Help me with getting vehicle going again, medical, etc.

My vehicle was in an accident, and is in the process of trying to be fixed....it is leaking oil, has a hole in it, air bag needs fixed....along with cosmetic things done to it..... and am needing to get it fixed so I can get to work, etc.

I have also been diagnosed with IBD (Irritable Bowel Disease).....which effects my stomach (from constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, severe pain, nausea, etc)......I have a intermittant leave of absence at work.....because I have to take off work so much because if it....

I am needing to get some other medicines, and due to certain diet restrictions too it has taken its role financially.......
