Please help me with cancer

Hello, my name is Peter and Im 22 years old. My whole life I had passion for gym and lifting weights, I have been fighting with weights, but now I have to fight with cancer. I know I can win that fight I just need money for the pills. For the past one and a half years i have been fighting with melanoma. This year it got much much worse and it metastased into my bones and spine. Now Im bedridden in hospital because there is chance of paralysis. I cant go to work I cant get any money and I need to pay for Mekinist and Tafinlar pills, which are very expensive but are form of targeted treatment exactly for this type of cancer. Only small amount would very much help me. Thank you
