Help me win the 2016 NYC Vegan Vendy Awards

Hi there!
My name is Nickolaus Wesley Fabro and I am a finalist for the 2016 NYC Vegan Vendy awards (a National street food event). The show is on Sept 17th, 2016 in NYC and I need your help in order to afford the show and WIN! =)

The award show is going to cost me around $2500 (Food purchase for 2000+ samples, Food Prep for 3 days with Kitchen Rental, Staffing, Transportation to and from the event, a temporary permit to serve the food) and this amount is what's holding me back from making this business a success! A lot of well known people will be at the award show so it's a great chance to get my company food into the hands of thousands of people!

If I win I would like to launch my food cart business and I don't have the funds to purchase the cart let alone the operational budget for 2 months ($10,000) and have a return on the sales. It will cost around $8000 to find a used cart that will pass inspection. Something close to what I need looks like this but I need specific gear on the cart to cook with (griddle, panini press, Generator, Warming lamp, Utensils, serving paper, napkins, etc)

I've done alot of the leg work already with promotion and taste testing my menu. I have a very good chance of launching this business and can make a positive impact on the street food industry in NYC. My end goal is to hire other Disabled Veterans and enable them to become their own Boss. It's a win win situation. Let's make this happen! Thank you all so much!!!!
