Help me walk without pain

Help me walk without pain is what I would like to do. I have tried everything to not feel the pain when I walk but the only thing that has worked okay is drugging myself up on painkillers and that isn't normal. I want to be able to walk down the street without having to sit down because the pain is too bad. I just want to be a normal human and this money will go towards the treatment that I need that could help me walk. People take walking for granted but I don't have that luxury to start off with.
