Help me treat my Scoliosis and the earthquake victims

PLEASE HELP ME AND MY COMMUNITY! I'm Jellai Tracy Bacus from the Philippines and I'm an 18 year old college student. I've been suffering from severe back pains that affected my education because of my scoliosis. I had never got a chance to get a proper look with this because of our lack of money. Also, recently our land was hit by a magnitude 6.5 earthquake and followed by a stronger earthquake. It was very deavastating in here and I would like to ask for any financial assitance for my community. This will be a huge help so please help me. I don't even know what to say anymore other than PLEASE HELP US
