Hello Everyone!! Thank you for visiting my campaign page.

I am so excited that you are thinking about helping me reach my goal of visiting my younger sister in New Zealand, and having the opportunity to form a relationship with her.My name is Katherine and I am from Cape Town South Africa.

I was adopted at birth and live with my adoptive parents in South Africa. My biological mother moved to New Zealand and had my younger sister, who is 13 years younger than meI spent two days with my biological sister in January. She was out on vacation here in South Africa for a month but due to family differences with her father I was only allowed to spend two days getting to know her and catch up on thirteen years that we have spent living apart.

From the moment i met her I felt immediately connected to her by some bond. We like and dislike similar things and by the end of the two days we were finishing each others sentences.I would love with all my heart to fly over to New Zealand and spend at least a month with my younger sister and get to know her and play my role of older sister.

Every cent that is raised I will match with my own personal savings (from the past few years until now).

Thank you to everyone who helps out. If anyone would like to know more about my trip and plans please do not hesitate to contact me for more information via my gogetfunding account

Every little bit goes a long way, and I have a long way to go!
