Campaign Story
I have recently accepted by GVN for volounteering in Vietnam on June 1. I AM REALLY REALLY EXCITED!!!
Why I registered
From the beginning of time, I wanted to help people. I have this passionate passion in my heart saying "I want to help and give them my heart and love!!!" I love children. I play tag with them because I want to. I really enjoy playing with kids. So I registered for volunteering in Vietnam!
My personal experience
I met God when I was 17 1/2 ~ 18. Before I met God, I had depression for 2 years. I even quitted school once. I had no purpose to live. But God gave me the reason to live. He told me that he loves me so much. At the moment when I felt the love of God, I had this infinite happiness that really fullfiled my heart. I don't know how to explain but I felt this love and fullfilling. After I met God, I learned how to love people. I learned how to love the world.
People learn something. when they finished learning, they take actions with what they've learned. It is time for me to take actions. I want to provide love. I want to show them how wonderful life is. I want to give them all my heart to prove that there is love of God.
I didn't want to write about God, or anything religious statement. Becuase it might dishonor and slander God. I even thought that if I am using God to have the money that I need. But I'm telling you, I have this pure passion in my heart that I really want to share minds with them, help them, and just love them.
Also I'm expecting to get motivation from this experience. I'm thinking of majoring in pediatrics and that is one of the reasons why I am registering because it deals with kids and youngsters. Help me to volunteer for children in vietnam and for this amazing opportunity.
