Help me to upgrade my pc for Graphics Design

Hello, My name is Rosemarie Bacani Gannaban. I have recently started learning Graphics Design To self improvement and self development to help myself to be self employed. But my pc was older and can't able to do tasks in Photoshop or Illustrator properly. For this reason, I need to update my pc. To update my pc, I need some money that unfortunately I don't have.
