Help me to study at a top university

Hello! I am currently studying at one of the best high-schools in Romania. Even though my parents do not earn very much, they made big efforts to help me afford my studies here, in Bucharest(I previously lived in a small village far from Bucharest). Now, I am in 12th grade and I want to apply at top american universities, but the costs of the exams and taxes I have to pay exceed our income.
