Help me to study abroad

Hi I'm Jackson,

Im 18 years old and I need help to raise enough financial assets so that I can pay the scholarship fee for my first year of college in the Netherlands, and first three months of life there and other expenses like plane ticket, new passport, food etc. I wouldn't ask for help if my mom wasn't unemployed, a single mother to me and my younger sister and if I wasn't a high school student currently.
