Help me to STAND UP again

Hello All, I'm Joseph Sanchez Marcia, 25 years old. My father has been suffering from Polio Virus and my sister has a disability and this gave me the urge to grab the opportunity to go overseas and worked as a Construction worker. We all know this job is very difficult, we often move heavy building materials until I felt this severe neck pain. I didn't give so much attention to it at first then one day came this caused me not able to move some parts of my body. I was rushed to the hospital and was advised by the Doctors this medical condition requires a surgery that costs Php 500 000.00 and a Cervical Collars (also known as Neck Braces) should be worn afterwards which is worth Php 300 000.00 that's a huge amount of money for a person like me who's earning not that much.

I really wanted to extend my life for my beloved family that's why I'm opening this up to ask some help from you guys to raise additional funds for my operation. Please help me win this battle. I totally appreciate all your help and prayers.
