help me to spay and neuter my dogs and cats

Help requested for Pet Health and Veterinarian Bills. I have a 15 dogs, and 12 cats. Of the 15 dogs, two of them aren't spayed, i don't have much income to provide them their needs, foods, medicine and spay/neuter. I need money to spay them and give proper care so they can live their lives happy. In my barangay I am the only to care for animals. I have saved dogs that they want to eat and bring to the shelter. This year my animals increase because my neighbors surrender their cats at my home even though I already have many. I can't abandon them because i love animals and i really care !
