Help me to solve my financial problem

Hi.
My problems start when my doctors say that i should get a surgery for bariatric and a surgical removal of gall stones.I have an epilepsy,and while the doctor check on my health,they found that i need to do the surgery.Starting from that,i have try to get some money to pay for the surgery.And the most thing that i have done is applying a personal loan from money lending company.But sadly,most of the company agent have scamming me,ask me to pay for the agreement fees,lawyer fees and others.At first i really don't want to pay it,but after i think back,there is no other way for me,except for continue this process.I really don't know what happen,but after i make the payment,the agent was gone,and my application don't get submitted.I try to find other company,but it still continue,i have been scammed again,and again.I did try to apply directly from the bank,but my application has been rejected because of my salary situation.Until now,i already lost almost 10,000.Most of the money i get by borrowing from my friends,using my salary and others.Right now,i'm still working with the government,but since i have this problem,i even can't touch all my salary,because it will be used to pay for the fee with the loan company.The bad situation is,right now all my friends want me to pay back their money,and my landlord ask me to pay for my room rent,if not she will ask me out from this house.My friend really want to make a police report if i dont pay back their money,and right now my job situation is really in danger,when they always call and come to my office.I have try to sell some of my personal thing on Facebook,but it seems like nobody likes it.I do have a laptop,but sadly it has been stolen by my ex housemate.I did make a police reprt about all the scamming situation that has been done by the company,but according to the police,there is a very low chance for me to get back all my money.I also trying to ask for help from some Muslims Organization at my place,but they really can't help.I already missed my EEG appoinment at the local hospital because i dont have money to go to the hospital,and i always fasting everyday because i dont have any money to buy food.And the situation get really bad when my phone suddenly was broke.So,right now i lost all my contact,and i can't get any contact from outside.The only way that i can use to contact is by using the computer at my office and only through email.Most of my friends really dont want to help me at all,and all my siblings also don't want to help.Both of my parents has died,and right now i just here all by myself.I really need some help.I want to start a new life,and be a better person.Please help me.Thank you.
