Help me to save my job and get a new car

It happened on December 9th, I was driving back home and a man with no license to drive hit me and critically crashed my car, and ran away after I called a police. My condition was bad, I got into a hospital, my sternum is broken now. What is more, I can only work by driving a car. No car - no job. The work lets me to have some money of my own and pay student loans. So now I can’t work, have a bad health condition and don’t have money to buy a new car. Need money urgently to not loose my job...
