Help me to save my BROTHER he needs a lawyer

Let's start by telling everyone about my brother Johnny Ray .. I am his sister Paula he has been with me since our mother passed away in 2009 . He is Mentally Retarded and Autistic abilities he just under went a open heart surgery 3 weeks ago over all his health is not good. He was diagnosed at the age of 3 with Mental Retarded and Autistic Abilities. He can't read are write. We are talking about my brother that has the mind capacity of a 12 yr old but is at the age of 49 I am trying to raise the money to get a really good Lawyer so the state won't be putting him in a state hospital in Vernon Texas from a jail cell now into a state hospital for the rest of his life . They are doing a Medically Evaluated on him today to see if he is mentally incompetent to try and place him in to that state hospital . The way we were raised you don't turn you'r back on family .
