Help me to realize the Dream of a lot of children who train in dirty basement to train in a small GYM !

Hello to everyone [ sorry for my bad english ] my name is Svetoslav and i'm an armwrestling coach in one small town called Tutrakan where we have a lot of children who wants to train Armwrestling , but we dont have a gym or place where to train and we train in my basement where is really cold and dirty and i want to try to find some place for rent and to buy a few fitness machines which will help us a lot ! I Childrens are really motivated but im worried cuz they get ill offen and a lot of them already have a lot of big achievements ! My group of students grown so fast and we have a problem with my basement cuz its too small already.. thats why im searching and asking all of you to open your hearts and help ..
