Help me to reach my dream

Hi, I'm Rean from Philippines and I am asking for help. I am a transman. For those who don't know what it is, I was assigned female at birth but always internally felt like a man. Since I've start transitioned to male I am much happier and more fulfilled. Every trans person takes their own path. No two paths are alike. For me, to feel best about myself in my body, I need to take one more step and It is to have performed my top surgery.  So I am reaching out to everyone who have a kind heart to help me out. You may or may not know me but I assure you any contribution even a small one will honestly mean to me. I sincerely need this and I hope you can help me to reach my dream.
