Help me to pay my Tuition fee

Hey, I'm Anik Dev Nath. I'm studding in Chongqing Jiaotong University Department of Mechanical Engineering 2nd year. I'm from a lower middle class family. My father was the only income source of my family. Recently he died by a accident. On the other hand I Don't have permission to do a part time job. Because in China, foreign students can't have job. I need to pay my tuition fee before 10 November 2019. Otherwise they will kick me out from the University and send me back to my country. I need to pay 20000 yuan for my tuition fee. Please help me out.
