Hello. My name is Marcelino Irawam and I'm from Indonesia So I passed my final exam in high school last year on June 2015, but I can't receive my school certificate due I have a huge debt around Rp.3000.000(Estimated 251$).. My family can't afford it so I can'tcontinue to college.. Please help us
