Help me to pay compensation so I can continue my dream

So, I works in private construction company for almost 4 years and I want to quit my job to chasing my dreams, but I cant. Because, when I was working 2 years on this company, my contract has been done but my boss didn't want to let me go and then he try to kept me by offering me a scholarship. At first, he told me that I could choose which school I wanted, but when the offer was submitted to the human capital division, it got rejected. And then the human capital division told my boss that I can get a scholarship but only in a school that cooperates with our company. So, my boss told me about all of that thing and want me to think about that offer.

2 weeks after that, I was called by the human capital division to join a meeting that I figured it's about the scholarship. Apparently, because my boss offer that has been submitted to human capital division, my name has been added to the list of scholarship applications because it turned out that my company was opening a phase 2 scholarship program that year. I had no clue at all at that moment, so I followed the meeting. In the end of the meeting, I was given a new contract agreement sheet to receive a scholarship for 3 years of college and continued to serve in the company for 4 years, so a total of 7 years. And if I break my contract or leave the company before the contract over, I have to pay the scholarship fee a total of $4000. And yes, I signed the contract and it didn't work out well so far.

If I could turn back time, I probably wouldn't have accepted the offer and decided to just leave the company, but since I didn't have a goal at the time, I finally accepted the offer. And when I have a goal that I want to achieve, now I am trapped for 7 years in this company.

So, I created this campaign so that I can quit my current job, pay the compensation for the scholarship, and I can continue living my dream.

My dream is totaly different with my current job. Since I was young, I like play games, and then I had curiousity about how this game being made and since then I start to learn programming. Unfortunately, my father is a typical parent who wants his child to go with whatever he decides, that's why I work in a construction company, and the dream I want to realize is that I want to make games and hopefully I can create my own game company.
