Help me to Making Fundraising Application from Bangladesh

Bangladesh has low incoming country in the world.Huge population stay in here,average people net income monthly below 100/150 dollar .Lot of poor people have no ability to better healthcare for their financial crisis .So that way i am interested to making a digital platform(software) for those people ,who have need medical fundraising from local people.
