Help me to live normal again with get out of the debt

Since I have a debt I really couldn't live normally even just to sleep.

Everyday the debt collector kept calling me and asked the money as soon as possible but I really didn't have money even I had to leave my job because of this and what I can do right now is just working part time at home but my salary couldn't cover my debt and because of that my debt getting bigger and I don't know what I can do. I really need help to pay off my debt and live normal again like before with no scared and pressure from the debt collector.
