Help Me to Help Inspiring Chef, Barista and the team.

Hi to all fellow future potential Donors.

I’m Han, a Chef + Barista from Malaysia. I’ve been so passionate in Food and Beverages industries and involved in it since 1995.

I've been shuffling my skills from a Chef to a café consultant + supplier, barista & trainer.

I used to run a medium size mixed of an English, Tex-Mex & Local Malaysian food theme café from 2008 until 2014 before the massive flood hit our city and crashed my café. The aftermath left us with almost nothing to spare.

As much as this pandemic hit me...it hit and hurt the most to those retrenched, jobless and some might be homeless...I've met a great positive mind yet inspiring team of former Chefs, Baristas and service crews that need a place to express their creativity, to work and be able to stand on their feet again against this pandemic at this worse time of the decades.

I've want to setup this fundraising for a café with mixed concept food theme for me and the team to run, help and hire a great team of guys + ladies & whoever have lost their job during this tough time able to work again, put food back on the table and help their families.

With the concept that I brought, I hope we can hire more man on the team than planned. So it would create more job opportunities and save more families along the way.

Once the project started, it will create more jobs and business opportunities from the builder, electricians, chefs, baristas, cafe all rounder, food delivery teams to local suppliers.

We will recruit all type of skills needed and with no age restriction as long as they're fit to work, whom without skill will be trained accordingly, so there will be 'no man left behind' as part of the project is to trained non-skill staffs.

With my and the team skills and experienced. I believe I can save lots on the staff training, café design ideas, concepts and interiors.

The funds will be use for cafe renovations, kitchen and bar equipment as well as opening stocks.

It would be great if my ideas of setup a café to help those in need of job will be materialized. And it will be the best things happens to them and to the donors to because you and me be able to help them find the job they have lost couple months ago.
