Help me to help other people

Hello everyone.

Im kindly asking for your help to help me help other people.

My dream is to become a body therapist. As a body therapist I will be able to make treatments where I combine the body and the mind. I can among other things be able to cure or relieve symptoms on stress, anxiety and tensions. Things most of the people in the western world are competing with regularly. I have tried it on my own body. 2 years ago I got stress, and had so many tensions and pain that I couldn’t sleep in the night, and my life became dark. My doctor said that I had tensions and she couldn’t do anything because it was mentally

It took me some time to found out what is really was, but one thing was sure. I wasn’t happy with my job, so I quit. And I shot down for the people in my life who didn’t make me happy. But I was still worried about what other people was thinking and I was thinking to much. (once you are there, its like a vicious circle you have to fight really hard to get out of) I was still depressed and could not see the meaning with life. Then I read a lot of selfhelp books, learned about a lot of tools. I really studied a lot in how to become a happier person, and how to worry less. It helped me a lot. And today I’m a happy person, I still can get the depressing feeling sometimes, especially when I’m alone, but I know what to do, to loosen it up. Today I want to inspire other people to help themselves, and with the education I will be able to help people with releasing treatments and give them some very helpfull tools to their everyday life so they hopefully can get back to the great and happy life in harmony and peace, in very short time.
