Since I was 8 years old I helped look after my mum who had a operation performed wrong and ended up paralysed down the right hand side of her body, whilst growing there was many times that I would come home from school to find a ambulance waiting outside my home and attending to my mum, from my own decision no one else’s I didn’t attend school properly as was to worried to leave my mum , I didn’t end up with any decent qualifications and unable to find decent work. Sadly my mum lost her life this time last year and I want to do this partly for her to show her the son she brought up is successful and even know she is not here she can be proud of me

I am now 31 happily married and have four children from 11 to 2 years old , for the past 5 years I have worked in the taxi industry as both a driver and controller , I’m now currently earning 198 a week and even with tax credit top up life is a servere struggle and debts are increasing

My step brother used to be a driving instructor until he’s diabetes got to servere and had to give up, I have always been interested in this as a job and having my own business aswell , the earnings for this job even with a franchise are unlimited but at the same time give a stable income to support my family and clear my debts.

The downfall to this is is the cost of the course to do this at £1500 I simply cannot afford this on the income I am receiving , I have approched the job center to see if there is any help I can get and because I am in employment there isn’t nothing I can have,

I do have a plan that within two years of being with a franchise I would like my own car so that I can be a independent adi and then within another 3 years I would like to have a good enough reputation that I could start having more instructors working under my name and have a successful business.

I literally cannot make any of this come true without outside help and I’m really hoping that people who don’t even know me can support me and allow me to have this opportunity .
