Help me to get treatment for my illness

Salam alikum. I am a Palestinian girl living in Gaza City. I am 15 years old. I was sick and I was tired a lot. I cannot practice my life like the rest of my girlfriends. This disease caused my whole hair to fall. My family can provide the necessary amount of treatment so I hope that you criticize my future and my life and help me to live and practice my normal life like my friends and to return my hair that I was deprived of in my childhood, so I hope that you donate in order to do the process and return my head stories like the previous and do not deny me P in my hair and my life and draw smile and happiness on my face and fill my life in joy
