Help me to get out of the immigration detention center and continue my education

I was detained by the Bureau of Immigration Philippines on the charge of not having a passport which I have lost and need to issue a new passport from Bangladesh embassy here in Philippines. I am detained since October 10, 2018. To get out of here I need to get a new passport and after that need to pay some penalties and get a new visa and need to pay the lawyer's fees which is slightly more than 2000 USD. Please bestow your kindness and help me out with the funding so that I can get out of the detention center and continue my study in Philippines. I appreciate your help a lot. :)
