Help Me To Get A New Computer!

Hi everyone, my name is Victor, I'm 20 years old and I'm from Venezuela. I am currently studying Systems Engineering at university, I have always liked this career because I would like to learn how to program video games and in my city is the closest career to programming games, I used to practice everything I saw in classes in a small mini Laptop that my parents gave me when I was in high school 5 years ago, but recently stopped working and I do not have enough money to buy a new computer, I hope they can help me with what they can to continue practicing and learning from this so much Like, they would help me a lot!
