Help me to cure my Illness and to my Higher Education

I’m Janith Sachintha from Sri Lanka. I have cerebral palsy and I am unable to walk properly. Still I have to depend on my parents. I am 20 years old now. I have studied up to advanced level exam and I have passed the four subjects in one sitting including English language (General English). Furthermore, I have followed two computer courses, one is a hardware cause and the other is a software course. For further studies I have to travel to Colombo (a distant city) daily, nearly 100kms distance for 1and half years of duration. This is a very costly task for a person like me. Therefore, hope to give that idea of further studies. If I follow that course also, I have to employ someone else to take me up and down. As my father is a teacher of a government school.
