help me to create a small house to live with my mother and father

Help me to make a small house to make my mothers last wish.
i am 28 years old boy live in sri lanka doing a waiter job in small restaurant in Colombo.i am getting 15000(~90$) as my salary .me and my parents (father 66 years,mother 64 years ) who cannot move from their bed because mother is paralyzed and father had an accident when he is working on 2 story building roof .
i am a good student in my college but with this situating i have to take care of my parents i left my studies when i was grade 11
we have our own land if you guys helm me i can create small house which we can live .
right now we are live unused building because i cannot afford money for renting house with this situation my mother and father need almost all the money i earn in this job(salary +tip ) for their medicines
please help me to make my mothers dream becake a reality befor she die.
