Help Me to Build Back My LIVE To Contribute Back Sharing My Skills

Hi, I am now 39 yrs old. I am now unemployed since August 2018. I have used all my saving to survive and been doing some small freelance and part time job to sustain. Lately, I was in a very bad situation whereby I need to pay my outstanding bills and debts which has been pending for few month. Yes, it is a personal matters but I can't terminate those bills as it is still in contract especially with the Telco's. I do not know what to do next as for seeking for a job, it is very hard as I am too old for the employer's to hire me. I need fund to build back my future and I seek for your generousity to help me.
