Help me to build a small shelter for stray dogs.

We've a small farm where we help injured animals basically DOGS. Actually we've decided to build a small shelter for dogs and few other animals because winter's is about to come but we're low on money as these days we're not getting enough donations from locals , so I decided to take it online for help.
