Hello, I´m Cesar. I'm Peruvian and i've a little brother called Lionel, actually we have a limited pc w/o games. So these days I have been searching AliExpress for a component to build a good low cost PC and it seems to me that the best option would be one with a Xeon E5 2690 processor and an AMD RX 590 graphics, in addition to a decent gamer cabinet and all the other components . And the estimated budget is very low compared to other machines, and in my opinion it has a good quality/price ratio
