Help me take the IELTS exam

Hello! I am a 22 years old argentinian guy. Currently persuing a degree in political science. Remaining only two subjects to get it, I am planning to participate in the foreign service entry contest of my country. To enroll at the contest I need to demonstrate my english level by performing the IELTS test. The exam has a cost of USD 200 and the preparation course costs USD 300.

This pandemic year hit hard on the economic situation of my family. My mother has to lockedown her shop due to quarentine and the country is going through its biggest reccesion in history.

As I am unemployed and my mother needs to put too much effort on recovering her small shop, I am asking for your help in order to take the IELTS this year so I will not loose the foreign service entry contest call.
