Hi everyone, Im Henry Caballero an Im on my 66th year of my existence. On 25th of December 2015, when i and my family celebrating Christmas at our humbled home, I was rushed to the hospital due to a heart attack and was checked in to Intensive Care Unit because of the severity of my condition. I was diagnosed with - and my doctor advised me that either i should undergo surgery to repair the - or take the risk of not to undergo surgery. The recovery took about 5 months in the hospital with a hospital bill of amounting to - and my lower extremities was paralyzed and i was bed ridden in my house and resulted to a multiple bed sores and multiple trips to the hospital due to infections. I was hospitalized for about 13 times from 2016 to this date. The tragedy that hit my family from the year that i had my heart attack until to date got my family into a depth which is to much for us to handle and we cant afford to loose our home due to it. We dont have anyone to go to and im worried that the next time i get hospitalized, we cant it afford it anymore. Ill do anything to survive and live, so i ask for your kind help as we are struggling to pay for my hospital expenses, a very small donation and a prayer will surely help us a lot. May god bless you and your family.
