Greetings! Creative and gracious minds of the world, to speak a little bit about myself, I am Noureddine JANA, a visual designer and creative leader. I am a recent high school graduate from Biougra, Morocco. I have studied high school in the beautiful city of Taroudant, Morocco. Back in high school, I used to give talks and keynotes about art & design related topics, sometimes about freelancing and the new arising business of the 21st century, including UX design which we will get back to, soon.
My interest in art & design didn’t come from people encouraging me when they see me drawing my favourite cartoon characters from TV, but it came from the continuous practice and pure love for what I am doing.
I have studied in the Applied Arts department in the last years, which actually help me shape my vision and made it crystal clear towards my future. Yet, I wasn’t the best at drawing first-hand, but I was the best at keeping up and pursuing my practice until I learned it, and so was with every other subject. My teachers, schoolmates, and friends noticed the development, therefore, they encouraged me to continue my marathon and seek for more. In that exact year, I ranked the first in both semesters. Regardless of my level compared to the class at the beginning, although, my class was full of ambitious students and young artists and designers.
In the next year, I came back from summer vacation full of energy and vitality. Although I didn’t only want to have similar achievements as last year, I wanted to have a positive impact on my surrounding, including my friends at school and my teachers. The latter in turn, have always emphasized the importance of going the extra mile whether in our research or practice, so it became my motto. I built up a process for everything, this way I was able to share it with my schoolmates so they can also benefit from it.
All my school-design projects came up with creative, innovative, and inspiring concepts presented most efficiently. Eventually, I became a role model for my friends at school. My ranking matched last year’s, I ranked the first in both semesters and received several certificates and prizes.

Indeed, my college application was also different, here in Morocco, colleges and universities have the graphic design department. I was looking for a much different future, which involves a different substantial education.
Notably, User Experience Design is a new design field here in Morocco. Unlike its predecessors, such as graphic design, web design, and info-graphic design, etc. Companies and universities, hire and teach Web Designers here in Morocco, since UX design is a much more complicated field, This last — also known as User-centred Design or Interaction Design — is science and visual arts coming together to create a human-friendly experience, digitally or physically. UX design is a long process of design thinking, from data discovery to user analysis, it demands a set of expertise and abilities. Getting a degree in a sophisticated design school in a design UX Design major will enable me to have the necessary knowledge to understand a human being’s behaviour and reaction, by accumulating more experience in the field. Furthermore, I will be able to design and create physical or digital products for the long-term to make people’s lives easier.
Fortunately, my college application to Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences was accepted, so the next step was to show sufficient funds to cover my living expenses there.
I have chosen to paint my path through, to illustrate how passionate I am about this opportunity and how influential it can be on my future and hopefully on my country’s. For now, I need financial help, your encouragement, and any form of support.
I truly appreciate your interest in me and my mission in life.
