Help me Study Mechanical Engineering in Germany

Hello everyone, my name is Damir, I am 22 years old and I would like to study Mechanical engineering in Germany.Currently I am living in Bosnia and the school system here is very bad so that is the main reason I would like to study in Germany. I was born in Germany,  my parents were refugees there during the Bosnian war 1992-1995. We have returned home in 1998. I speak German and English fluently so studying in Germany would be easy for me. As Bosnia is not a part of the European Union I need a Student Visa to be able to Study there. To get a Student Visa I need to able to prove that I have enough money on my bank account to be able to finance myself during the first year. They are asking 659€ for every month and the Faculty is charging 500€ per semester, so when I summ it up : 12 x 659€ + 2 * 500€ = 8908€. I would greatly appreciate any help with donations so that I can fulfil my dream and maybe one day I will be able to help another kid to make out the struggle.
