Help me study at a music college

Hi, my name is Natasha, and I am 28 years old. I live in Serbia and music is my passion. Since I was a little kid I always loved music and it's calming effect on me. I fell in love with it after watching a Disney movie, and begged my mom to buy me a piano. Unfortunately, our country was in the middle of a NATO bombing attack and the last thing on my parents' minds, and soon mine and my brother's too, was a musical instrument.

It was 72 days of panic, fear and a lot of crying, trying to escape the closed borders of my city. I still remember it vividly. A bomb fell near where we were living, but, fortunately, we survived, and after a lot of blood, sweat and tears, my dad finally succeeded to buy me a second-hand piano to play and practice my musical talent on. It was the happiest day of my life. We didn't have place in our house (room) so we had to put it in our grandparent's humble apartment.

I went there every night after school to practice and play. I remember I was playing songs by ear, cause we didn't have money to start my music classes, so I had to learn it myself. I know it was pretty impossible, but, somehow, I managed to make it work. I still remember my granddad's tears in his eyes, looking at me proudly. I knew what I should bee when I grow up.

20 years later, I still haven't collected enough money to go to college. My father is the only one in the family with an income and my country is in a terrible financial situation. There are no jobs and I am not able to collect enough money even if I worked my hardest in my country, cause the average salary without a degree is 300 USD for a month. It's just enough to cover my dad's loans, bills and expenses.

The situation is only getting worse. I thought my father would be able to help me through time, but in November 2019, we have been forced to sell our house because we don't have enough earnings to survive. This tragic situation has been haunting me for the past 10 years since I finished my high school.

I am hopeless. My dreams are broken and I don't know if I can make it without your help. I would love to get a degree, make my family proud and get us all out of this desperate situation. I don't want to see my life slipping through my hands anymore and I don't wanna waste my time. It's about time I do something and this has to stop. I wanna make a change. Please, help me not only follow my dream but use my talent for good, and get my family back on our feet.

My idea is to enter a college in Belgrade for jazz singing, I've contacted the professor she is a kind person. She agreed on holding an introductory class for me, which will cost about 30 dollars, plus travelling fees and a day's stay in the city.
I also need money to apply for the program, stay in the city for a few days in June, attend workshops, and buy books needed. That's for now.
I will be needed more than that once I get accepted. I need to have the scholarship money ready, also to cover my monthly rent, food, and supplies.
