Help me study

Hey guys,

I live in a pretty poor country from "third world" and the salaries aren't that good here. My parents can not pay for my university fees because they need to pay their instalments besides the normal (water,electricity and so on) bills.

This wouldn't be a problem because I'm at the age that allows me to work. The problem is that we live in a village, in which there's no university.. so I need to go to our capital city and the issue about going in our capital city is that I'm gonna spend most of my earned money from working to pay the rent, so I can not really also pay for university fees.

It's not much that I need, as can be noticed, due to the country's low salaries, the fees for different things are also low.
