Help me reduce the rate of poverty in my village

My name is Verda,

I live in Tanzania, Mara region.

After graduating two years ago, I acquired a job at Dar es Salaam, the commercial city of the country, till when I decided going back home and meet my parents as well as relatives.

I had the best experience around home, but not all was well, since so much has been happening, women in some places are being mistreated and have no where to report and sometimes there men desert the families living this women with huge responsibilities.

Most of them are uneducated and hence they work so hard in harsh conditions to maintain their families.

This is forcing girl children to drop school and help their mothers with home responsibilities and the circle of poverty continues.

I decided to help these women by starting small vocational schools as well as give them a startup capital and tools needed to support their start up business after they finish the training.
