Help Me Stay With My Spouse And My Mental Wellbeing

Hello, my name is Jan-Hendrik Odendaal, I am a South-African citizen waiting for my residency application to be processed in Poland.

The reason I moved to Poland from South-Africa was so that I can finally be with my Finnish spouse who lives here.

I came to Poland with one suitcase and my life's savings. I gave up a stable income at a job that I loved, my family and my friends who were a greater help to me mentally than I realised before moving.

I am unable to afford everyday living expenses anymore like groceries, toiletries and any other household expenditures.

I am unable to work in Poland legally as I don't have a work visa or residency permit.

Being in this situation has put a lot of strain on our marriage as well as my mental and physical wellbeing.

I have a lot of anxiety and depression and I can't afford medical assistance for myself.

The money raised with this fundraised will go directly to cover the basic living costs: Groceries, rent, utility bill. The money will also be used for medical bills like psychiatrists and medication if needed.
