Help me stay in medical university

Hello everyone. my name is Ali and I am a student of medicine in turkey. as you know due to the covid-19 virus, lot of families have difficulty in covering expenses. recently my parents affected by this virus and currently my father is in ICU. I'm in the middle of medical school and I am in third year. tuition fee for my uni is about 27500 USD and now we can't pay it. I Really appreciate your help which is very important for me achieving my goals. as a future doctor my dream is to become a cardiologist and save people's lives. if it happens in the future your share will be equal to mine in saving peoples. so help me in this journey otherwise I am so scared that i cant pay my tuitions next semester. my GPA is 3.36 and i take school very seriously. I FREQUENTLY asked for discount or scholarships but the university just wants money.
