Help me stay at my university

I live in a dormatory. Where everything was fine until a guy with a very violent past moved in and harassed the girls especially me. Sadly this affected me very much when he was knocking on my door at Knight, writing stuff about how we should break the kitchen mentally so he could become king and I, his queen.

When some of the girls and I, took it the administration they just laughed at us. It was written in the rules that you are not allowed to harras, but the administration didn't care about the rules and just talked about the kost of having a trial, to let him stay was better for them.

As this continued, it started affecting my study, as I had anxiety and didn't sleep that much at night.

It ended with the university saying after half a year "move or be thrown out, since you are not taking the university serious if you stay". And by that statement sided with the guy

The main reason for not moving was money, so lenders some in the bank that should have covered the fees of moving to another dorm. But there were larger unexpected fees I didn't account for. Which lands me in my position now. Struggling to make my everyday life work inspite of the money.

So please help me, I am at my wits end
