Help me starting a VPA company in Middle East

I am a female expat living in the Middle East and my chances to obtain funds for my Business Project are very limited.

I am wishing to bring a new business to the Middle East, which is Virtual Personal Assistance. While its very known in the rest of the world, in the Middle East it still stucks in its baby shoes. Unfortunately there is simply no one funding such a business and even if I know many business men, an expat woman is very unlikely to get funds, even if the business idea sounds great. I am already part of the International Virtual Assistant Association and I am PA/EA since many years. I am just wishing to offer more support even to Individuals and SMB who cannot hire a PA because of their limited financial capacity. With a Virtual PA company I can provide virtual assistants for reasonable rates, helping Individuals and SMB's getting their Life's and Businesses more organised, as they are mostly not able to finance their own office administration or assistance.
