Help me start up a Scandinavian Delikatessen in Costa del Sol

I love Spain, but as a Viking Abroad! I also love my Danish Cuisine and my Open Faced Sandwiches and want to spread the news to Scandinavians and the rest of the world living or visiting the Costa del Sol.

Having plotted and planned for over a year, I have finally found the ideal location, in Western Málaga, Costa del Sol, just by the beautiful La Duquesa Port. The closest Danish Delikatessen (Smoerrebroed) outlets are far away to the East of Marbella, so this is the ideal spot for a new, modern venture to introduce the delights of Danish cuisine, particularly the Open Faced Sandwiches, which are now world famous, to local residents and visitors of all nationalities.

The project involves a small venue in a delightful square surrounded by other bars and restaurants, but NO SkandDelis.

Apart from just Danish, (and Norwegian and Swedish specialities), we will be introducing guests to the delights of Danish and Belgian Beers, and other typical drinks, in the VIkings Abroad Club, PLUS specialist Delikatessen from Belgium and France.

We have already had several tasting sessions at private parties and local Golf Clubs, and even the local Spanish have expressed interest in these so-called "Danish Tapas!"

Until recently we had the necessary funds in the pipe line from a couple of private investor friends, but due to unfortunate family circumstances one of the investors has had to back off, leaving me with a shortfall of 3,000 Euros.......the venue, the suppliers, the workmen, the officialdom are all ready and waiting, and I would HATE to have to lose this golden opportunity.

So, please, Scandinavians world wide, and other "foodies" help me set up my Skandeli and let my dream come true.
