I am Robert Muwanguzi 28, a clinician by profession (Clinical Officer), for the 3 years I have worked with several clinics since my graduation but I have failed to get money at least able for me start up my own business due to small monthly payments for the previous jobs.
I lost my job that were paying me about in march 2020 when our government declared a lockdown, ths happened because of work distance, I was renting 5km away from work place, I later got a nearby job that pays me $4.5 a day and works for only 3 days a week, this is only for feeding.
Good jobs are now very hard to access since the COVID-19 Pandemic attack for even many went into forced leaves and not yet called for up to date.
I want to start up a licenced medical clinic in nearby towns around Ugandan Capital- Kampala;
This clinic will deal in general medicine (Screening, Investigations, diagnosis, treatment, referral and following), Including primary health care/community health e.g. Immunisation, health education, etc. being helped with other medical professionals and nurses that be hired.
Our budget is approaching $90,000 which will be enough to set-up this medical clinic and run for few months until it can sustain it's self. $40,000 will be used to to purchase an average plot of land and setting-up the structures/buildings where the clinic will operate from, $32,000 will be used to equip the clinic with medical supplies e.g. medical equipments( Ultrasound scan, CBC machine, microscope, beds, stands, furniture, etc.) Drugs, infection control equipments, etc. and #18,000 for licences, utilities, salaries for the first few months, and any other costs involved.
I someone helps me, he or she is helping about 20 Individuals instantly and Unknown number of people will benefit indirectly or directly through job creation.
I welcome Individuals, companies and charity organisations.
