Help me start my dream career

My name is Sheila and I have a dream that may seem silly and easy to reach for some but for me that dream is a little complicated, my dream is simple, working with social media and eventually opening my own agency in the country where I live but for that I need to take some courses to better understand this world and get some jobs as a freelancer to gain experience in this field, in total these courses will cost about 300 dollars, this may seem little but to me it is a lot of money and I cannot have the luxury to pay. I accept both monetary aid or pay for the course and giving me access (if you think it's better).
