Help Me Start My Business

I've been wanting to start my business for the longest now to help give back to the community and provide more employment. I want to open a small fashion store at a local mall, however, given the circumstances of my current job and low income I can't realize this dream. I am 100% sure the store would be a success considering how fast growing the city of Fort Myers, FL is.
